In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech during the inspecting in Tianjin, the school leaders at all levels have carried out the special action plans of ‘Visiting enterprises to expanding job opportunities and promote employment’` by the Ministry of Education and the Municipal Education Commission, and promote the integration of industry and education, as well as school enterprise cooperation.
On the afternoon of April 3, Zhang Guangyu, director of the Enrollment and Employment Office, Dai Dongbing, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information Science and Engineering, Liu Hailiang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Foreign Languages, and An Xingchen, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Art and Design, led a delegation of four to visit and conduct research at Luo Bei Group, with the aim to meet the employment needs of enterprises, and expand the channels and resources for students employment internships.
Chairman Xie Huiyan of Luo Bei Group welcomed the arrival of delegation from Tianjin Tianshi College and introduced the basic information, main business, and business philosophy of the group. She highlighted the company's advanced electronic information systems and construction processes in the field of electric vehicles and other series, with products selling well in global market.
At the symposium, Zhang Guangyu introduced the development process and professional settings of our school. We hope to further integrate resources and deepen school-enterprise cooperation through the special action of visiting enterprises to expand job opportunities, and jointly form a win-win situation for graduate employment and enterprise talent attraction.
Subsequently, Dai Dongbing, Liu Hailiang, and An Xingchen respectively introduced the advantages of their respective colleges in major settings and talent cultivation. The relevant majors of the college are in line with the current needs of the enterprises, and we hope that both sides can complement each other's strengths, strengthen the integration of industry, academia, and research cooperation, and help students find high-quality employment.
After the meeting, both parties reached a preliminary intention to cooperate. They will jointly establish internship and teaching bases relying on the unique intelligent technology and equipment of the enterprise, and further increase the strength of school enterprise cooperation.
This visit to enterprises further deepened the connection between the school and enterprises, and opened up channels for education and teaching, talent cultivation, and students’ employment in our school.
